Ham Scramble in a Mug

These quick-cooking eggs are a great option if you are tight on time, but want something heartier than a granola bar. With over 12 grams of protein, this meal will start your day off right!


INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 slices of deli ham
1 tablespoon of cheddar chee

DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Crack and scramble two eggs in an 8-ounce mug with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Mix in the deli ham and cheddar cheese.

Step 3: Microwave for 45 seconds on high power.

Step 4: Flip the partially cooked egg, and microwave for another 45 seconds.

Step 5: Fluff the cooked eggs with a fork.

(Note: Add ¼ cup of baby spinach leaves to add flavor and nutrients.)
