Rolled Oats with Bananas and Peanut Butter

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: Soak Overnight
Yield: 1 serving

With tons of protein and fiber, this bowl of oatmeal will keep you going all morning. Oats also contain magnesium, which helps prevent heart attacks and strokes.


cup of rolled oats
cup of milk
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
 ½ banana
cup of water
 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Step 1: In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, and vanilla yogurt. Cover the mixture and allow it to soak overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 2: The next morning, slice the banana.

Step 3: Add the slices and peanut butter to your oatmeal.
