Ingredients
For the Asparagus​

1 green onion, chopped (reserve tops for garnish)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup asparagus, chopped
4 sage leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
  Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

For the Prosciutto Egg Cups

8 eggs (at room temperature)
½ cup heavy cream
12 slices prosciutto
2 tablespoons grated Gruyère cheese
  Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
