Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons low-calorie granulated sugar substitute
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original cereal
2 cups apple juice
1 egg
¼ cup vegetable oil

Directions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt. Stir until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
Step 2: Heat the oven to 400°F.
Step 3: Coat twelve 21⁄2-inch muffin- pan cups with cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original cereal and apple juice. Let cereal mixture stand approximately 2 minutes, or until cereal softens.
Step 5: Add egg and oil to cereal mixture. Beat well.
Step 6: Combine cereal and flour mixtures.
Step 7: Portion combined mixture evenly into muffin-pan cups. Bake approximately 26 minutes; or until golden brown.
Step 8: Serve warm.
