Ingredients
3 eggs, yolks separated from egg whites
1 cup (8ounces) cottage cheese, drained
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original cereal
¼ cup bananas, diced
Butter or margarine

Directions
Step 1: In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff (but not too dry). Set aside. Step 2: In a medium bowl, beat cottage cheese and egg yolks, until nearly smooth. Gradually beat in flour, salt, and Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original cereal. Stir in diced bananas, and fold in egg whites.
Step 3: Place a large greased skillet (nonstick or cast-iron) over medium heat.
Step4: For each pancake, spoon ¼ cup of batter onto skillet, using the back of the spoon to spread batter into a round shape (you should be able to fit 2 to 3 pancakes in a large skillet). Cook until surface of batter shows bubbles (1 to 2 minutes), and then carefully flip pancakes with a thin spatula. Cook until browned on the underside (1 to 2 minutes more). Transfer cooked pancakes to a baking sheet or platter,and cover to keep warm. Add more butter or margarine to skillet (if needed), and repeat Step 4 until all pancakes have been made.
Step 5: Serve with butter or margarine, sliced bananas, and syrup.
