Do you know that sometimes the Holy Spirit will tell us things that we’re not supposed to share or openly react to? For example, we might discern something "less than positive" about someone – but it would be unwise for us to share that information with them or other people.
Every appealing opportunity is not from God. The devil can – and will – send "ministerial" opportunities, high profile relationships, and money making ideas that God never intended for you.
It's common for people to proudly boast that they are finally becoming their "true selves." In the Kingdom of God, however, maturity is measured by the extent to which we become less of ourselves, and more like Christ. He is our identity.
No matter how long we've been spiritually born again, people will get on our "last nerve" from time to time! It's in these moments, however, that we discover how "saved" we really are.
In 1 Corinthians chapter 9, Apostle Paul reminds us that "running our race in life" — that is, carrying out what we've been called to do — requires commitment and discipline.
