Elisa Morgan
For twenty years, Elisa served as CEO of MOPS International (Mothers of Preschoolers). Under her leadership, MOPS grew from 350 to over 4,000 groups throughout the United States and in 30 other countries — impacting over 100,000 moms every year. Elisa also served as the Dean of Women of Western Bible College (now Colorado Christian University), and on the board of Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. She has authored over 15 books on mothering, spiritual formation, and evangelism.
Ava Kate Oleson
Ava is an ordained minister and has been in full-time ministry for over 20 years, including Associate Pastor at Life Center in Tacoma, Washington. She has also served in pastoral roles in Southern California, Belgium, Argentina, and Toronto. Ava has a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Vanguard University of Southern California, an M.S. from Fuller Seminary's Graduate School of Psychology, and a D.Min. from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary (where she is the Program Coordinator for the Doctor of Ministry Program). Ava is an advocate for the power of education. One of her favorite quotes is by Louis Pasteur: "Chance favors the prepared mind."
Ava Pennington
Ava Pennington holds an Adult Bible Studies Certificate from Moody Bible Institute, a B.S. in Management, and an MBA in Executive Management from St. John’s University. Formally a Human Resources Director for several international firms, Ava is now a prolific writer and Bible teacher.
Stephen Viars
Stephen is a frequent speaker at conferences, colleges, and seminaries in the United States and abroad. He earned his D.Min. in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary, and has served as a pastor for more than 20 years at Faith Baptist Church in Lafayette, Indiana. Stephen is also Board President of the Biblical Counselors Coalition, and Board Vice President of the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors.
